Began with a 1 kilometer cycle, heartrate comfortable at 150bpm
Deep squats holding 20kg disc 4sets 15reps
Lunges, slow, deep&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; unweighted 4sets 15reps
Leg press, fast on the positive, slow negative 4sets 15reps then heavy set of 10 reps
Leg curl 4sets 15reps slow negative
Calf raises, combination of single &amp;amp; double 4sets of 25reps
Stiff leg dumbbell deadlift 3sets 15reps
Crunches 4 sets of 25reps slow with hold at top.

20 minutes of as many leg stretches as I could come up with.
So great to workout amoung other lifters, a nice break from my usual isolation in training.

9am A few rest days over &amp;amp; I&apos;m back to the 6 days a week training routine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Really finding the weights heavy, the flu has taken it&apos;s toll on me but I am feeling well again.
Training was hard &amp;amp; weights a clear 10lbs under my standard lifts, fitness has suffered.

Bodyweight after training 60.4kgs


Gardening
In recent days I have cut miles of grass, split a lot of logs &amp;amp; shovelled tons of muck for some of my friends.&amp;nbsp; Got my own grass to sort out now.
Bonsia oak forest is brilliant, young oak leaves deep red &amp;amp; green.</description>
